Stepping Into Silence: 5-Day Retreat

This retreat is a unique 5-day immersion experience which focuses on accessing our real and essential nature, our highest Self, through a balanced integration of meditation and yoga techniques. We will explore existence and consciousness from a variety of traditions. This retreat has been designed in such a way as to bring both intimate understanding and experience into the profundity of meditation and its truly transformative potential. The program aims to create an experience similar to that of a solitary retreat, even in one day, in order to provide you with an opportunity to reach deep inner states of consciousness, to allow for powerful self-reflection and to create a sense interiorization, allowing for the blossoming of the Heart and Truth. The teachings will be a unique integration of Advaita Vedânta, Sufism, Tantra, and Buddhist practices. Participants will be skillfully guided and introduced to various meditation techniques and inspired to integrate these into their daily lives to dive deeper into the truth that emerges from within oneself.
This retreat will be guided by Tiffany, who has spent much of the last 15 years immersed in silent retreats with many great teachers. Due to her own profound experiences and the inspiration and insights gained through these periods of self-reflection and revelation, she lovingly shares these teachings and techniques that have opened many peoples hearts to the joy of being.
No previous meditation or yoga experience is necessary as this has been designed for beginner and advanced meditators alike.

A Full day of discourses and guided meditation (for beginners and experienced meditators)
Periods of Hatha Yoga
2 delicious, whole-food meals
Arrival by 4 pm on Sunday and depart by 1 pm on Friday.
