REFUND POLICES

Events (in person and online)

Our refund policies for all events, workshops, retreats, teacher trainings and online courses are simple and outlined below.

Cancellation up to 60 days prior to event start date – 50% of your payment is refunded.
Cancellation up to 60-30 days prior to event start date – 25% of your payment is refunded.
Cancellation 30 days prior or less before event start date – no refund.

Our refund policy is not negotiable. Please understand it’s due to bookings and deposits the we are committed to with our amazing hosts, co-practitioners, food services and all of the amenities that support our events.

COVID EXEPTIONS

If the in-person event you have registered for is cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic group/gathering restrictions, if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have been exposed to the virus and cannot attend an in-person event, a full refund will be issued.
