 These sessions are aligned to your specific needs,  with personal guidance and one-on-one attention, that will benefit you on all levels – body, mind and heart. Our teachers can offer Private Sessions for yourself of your group in Yoga, Meditation, Sound Baths, Kirtan, Ayurvedic Living  & a combo of it all.

VICHARA YOGA – PRANAYAMA

These sessions focus greatly upon Pranayama & Breathwork, beginning with some dynamic movement to open the body and respiratory channel, and then leading into an extended Pranayama Practice that brings a host of benefits to both Body + Mind. No previous experience needed!

MEDITATION

These meditation sessions welcome you to sit into your own effortless peacefulness and to know what it is to be meditation, rather than ‘do it’. Sessions begin with guidance and lead into silence. No previous experience needed!

GENTLEMAN’S YOGA

with Marco Vinicio

This is a class just for Gents! Curated specifically for Men, this class considers the unique needs and requirements of the male body, and creates a space for a group of Gentlemen to gather and practice with ease and comfort. No previous experience necessary!

PRENATAL YOGA

This class is for women in all trimesters of Pregnancy. Lori shares her backgrounds, both in Yoga & as a Doula, to create a supportive and healing class for Mamas-to-be.  No previous experience in Yoga is required.

GENTLE FLOW

A gentle flowing hatha yoga practice, offered midweek, that will leave you feeling refreshed, aligned and joyful. All are welcome!

A beautiful and classical practice of mindful movement, that combines Asana, Pranayama, Meditation & beyond. All are welcome!

SOUND BATHS (or KIRTAN)

Enjoy this deeply healing and restful session, infused with a meditative sound bath on gong, chimes, guitar, vocals, drum, crystal and Tibetan bowls.

Tiffany is the Founder of Vichara Yoga & Rasa Ayurveda. An International Teacher & Ayurvedic Practitioner, she shares the gifts of Meditation, Yoga & Ayurveda globally through retreats, YTTs, trainings and immersions. Having lived and retreated extensively in India with her master teachers, the inspired teachings that pour through her are a direct expression of this classical wisdom, coupled with her depth of presence and visibly open heart. Tiffany also offers Ayurvedic Consultations both online and through her private clinic within the Vichara Yoga Shala.

Lori Morrison

Lori has a passion for creativity in movement, for getting curious about how we move and why it feels good. Her educational background in psychology and chid development has influenced the way she teaches, with playfulness at the heart and a deep respect for yoga wisdoms. Her classes are often a mix of building heat and restoring energy. Lori teaches often in the school setting to youth across the province, building awareness and mindfulness in the next generations. Her experience as a birth doula over the last 15 years has given her passion to bring yoga to expecting women to help empower their choices as mom’s to be.

Stefani has been leading heart-centered workshops, classes and coaching clients on Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, Nutrition and Sustainable Living in Canada and around the world for over sixteen years. She is a Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach, with a background in Holistic Nutrition and Ayurveda, as well as the co-founder of Ahimsa Eco Solutions, an environmental business-for-good. She is passionate about exploring spirituality, health and wholeness through our connection with Nature.

Shantdeep loves to share her passion for sacred sound, chanting & meditation with wide audiences. She has been deeply influenced by her exploration of wisdom teachings in the fields of mindfulness, meditation, sound healing and energy work. Her gentle presence and soulful chants are a true gift, which draw participants into an experience of allowing one’s spirit to radiate its natural beauty, joy and divinity. This is a Private Gathering space and thus we do not require V Passports. We honor each person’s choice, and ask you to stay true to your comfort by choosing to attend our indoor group gatherings or to schedule privates or join online. We offer options for all!
