Kirtan will be woven through this retreat to provide a clear energetic foundation to dive within, restore and deepen into stillness.

This includes:
• A contemplative Kirtan walk in the nearby forest.
• On this relaxed meditative walk we will connect deeply with nature and stop to settle in at a couple special spots for Kirtan in the forest.
• Full Kirtan to complete the day.
• Mantra activation

Qi Gong in this all levels class, we will work the energies of spring to support our nervous system, clarify our minds and harmonize our energy. The movements are simple yet potent and will open the body, nourish the organs (especially liver and gall bladder) and restore a deep sense of connection.

Meditation and Presence through all of these practices Rishi(Fraser), Dana, Tiffany and Alex will collaborate to create a powerful retreat container that allows us to unplug, reconnect, restore and clarify on a deep level.

Delicious Ayurvedic, plant-based meal prepared with love chez Tiffany.

BIO: Hearts calling is a unique blend of Kirtan and Medicine Music music mixed with spiritually inspired heart hop and poetry. Whether singing deep soulful melodies or danceable chants, Fraser/Rishi and Dana’s Kirtans are grounding and meditative, as well as energizing and uplifting.

Their inner journey started many years ago, but it really came to fruition after traveling to India in 2006 and discovering the power of Kirtan. Soon they met their spiritual teacher, Mooji Baba, from whom Fraser received the name Rishi.

In addition to regular Kirtans, they host retreats and have shared their art and hearts across Canada, as well as in Europe and India. Hearts calling is their call out to the world to connect and communicate with love and presence, to inspire, uplift and share the joy of chanting and soul expression.

Rishi (Fraser) has been teaching Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Yoga for almost two decades now, in classes and retreats. These practices have helped him heal from a serious brain injury and had a profound impact on his overall health and well-being.
Put simply, he loves these practices, especially Qi Gong. It is from this joy of practice that he shares, in a way that is fresh, authentic and fun, while also being deeply rooted in tradition. In Qi Gong, he has benefitted from many teachers, but is now studying under the mentorship of Andy Henry and Mimi-Kuo Deemer.

“Look here and know who you are.

Instantly you will find freedom, and this suffering will instantly stop.

The only way is to look within.”
