Come Back To Life…
A whole-person approach to greater balance, vitality and ease.
Your health is shaped by far more than a single symptom, diagnosis or ailment. Digestion, sleep, energy, stress, daily routine, environment, relationships, purpose, emotional and mental well-being, and your overall joy quotient, are all interconnected.
As an Ayurvedic Doctor, Tiffany offers comprehensive consultations to help you understand these connections, recognize the patterns affecting your well-being and create an inspired path forward that can support you throughout your life.
Your recommendations are personalized to your unique constitution, present needs and everyday life. They may draw upon Ayurvedic nutrition, herbalism, lifestyle practices, psychospiritual counselling, daily rituals, body therapies, yoga and meditation therapeutics.
No previous knowledge of Ayurveda or Yoga is required.
The RASA Ayurveda Clinic & Retreat
A peaceful place to be received, listened to deeply and supported wholly…
Our RASA Ayurveda clinic and micro-retreat centre is nestled amidst the forests of Wakefield, Québec (Canada)—a beautiful and quiet setting created to support rest, reflection and healing.
Away from the pace and demands of daily life, you are invited to slow down, settle into yourself and give your health and Being your full attention. Surrounded by trees, rivers, the hills, and the living rhythms of the nature, the clinic reflects one of Ayurveda’s foundational teachings: our depth of wellness, healing and peace is inseparable from our relationship with nature.
For those unable to travel to Wakefield, every consultation option is also available online with the same depth of personalized care and guidance.
Your Personalized Ayurvedic Plan
During your initial consultation, Tiffany begins to identify your Prakṛti—your underlying constitution—and your Vikṛti, or present state of imbalance.
This assessment considers Tridosha (Vāta, Pitta and Kapha), but goes far beyond a simple doṣa examination. A comprehensive intake of body mapping, examination, your health history, digestion, sleep, energy, tendencies, lifestyle and current stage of life are all part of the picture.
The intention is not to give you an overwhelming list of to-dos. Together, you will identify the changes that matter most and find realistic ways to integrate them into your days.
Your recommendations may include:
- Personalized food and dietary guidance
- Ayurvedic herbal support
- Daily and seasonal routines
- Restorative lifestyle changes
- Traditional Ayurvedic home therapies
- Yoga and therapeutic movement
- Meditation, mantra and prāṇāyāma
- Psychospiritual counselling, inquiry and reflection
