This retreat has been put together to offer a space of connection, rejuvenation and transformation. We will dive into tools and practices for cultivating presence, self awareness and harmony in our bodies, minds and spirits.

Our meals will be lovingly prepared by Tiffany of Rasa Ayurveda in accordance with Ayurvedic principles. The food will be primarily plant-based, gluten-free and deeply nourishing.
