These sessions focus greatly upon more restful Asanas, along with Pranayama & Breathwork, beginning with some movement to open the body and respiratory channel, and then leading into an extended Pranayama Practice that brings a host of benefits to both Body + Mind. No previous experience needed!

Tiffany Nicholson-Smith

Founder + Owner / E-RYT 500

Tiffany is the Founder of Vichara Yoga & Rasa Ayurveda. An International Teacher & Ayurvedic Practitioner, she shares the gifts of Meditation, Yoga & Ayurveda globally through retreats, YTTs, trainings and immersions. Having lived and retreated extensively in India with her master teachers, the inspired teachings that pour through her are a direct expression of this classical wisdom, coupled with her depth of presence and visibly open heart. Tiffany also offers Ayurvedic Consultations both online and through her private clinic within the Vichara Yoga Shala.

Tanya Kaps

E-RYT 500

Tanya Kaps is a Hatha Yoga, Vedanta, and Kundalini Tantra teacher with over 20 years of practice, study and teaching internationally.  Tanya has lived and studied in Asia for the last two decades during which time she studied with her revered teacher Swami Vagishanada. She also has an academic background in Integrated Science and Transpersonal Psychology. She brings an embodied and technical understanding of the unfolding stages of the spiritual awakening process and shares with her students through a grounded, relatable and demystifying approach. Bridging both science and spirituality, the traditional and modern, the universal and the personal; Tanya brings a warm and loving presence to support her students in skilfully engaging with yoga as a spiritual practice to reveal the essence of who we are: already whole, already holy, already free.

Prema Devi

RYT 200, Tai Chi & Ki Gong

Premadevi is a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher 200+ and a Chun-Ji-In Yoga, Ki Gong and Tai Chi Instructor, offering private and online classes. She has studied energy healing work through Acupressure, Medical Qi Gong and Tuina Massage, and is currently doing her Ayurveda Wellness Counsellor Certification. After meeting her Sadguru, Sri Vasudeva, in 2009, Premadevi began a transformation journey, which has guided her to fulfill her life purpose in Education, as a Montessori Teacher, and Healing, offering different modalities such as Reflexology, Marma Therapy and Reiki, Pranayama, Meditation, Energy Awareness and Healing work in the Mahayoga and Kundalini Yoga Path.
It is with profound devotion, love and gratitude to the Divine through the Masters and all that Premadevi dedicates her life to be of service and share such precious teachings with the World!

Lori Morrison

RYT 500

Lori has a passion for creativity in movement, for getting curious about how we move and why it feels good. Her educational background in psychology and chid development has influenced the way she teaches, with playfulness at the heart and a deep respect for yoga wisdoms. Her classes are often a mix of building heat and restoring energy. Lori teaches often in the school setting to youth across the province, building awareness and mindfulness in the next generations. Her experience as a birth doula over the last 15 years has given her passion to bring yoga to expecting women to help empower their choices as mom’s to be.
