This retreat is intended to reveal our pure, true, boundless nature, and to allow that recognition to be a foundational and unchanged seeing.
This 3-Day Retreat is a Meditation Immersion that focuses on accessing our real and
essential nature, our highest Self, through a balanced integration of
Inquiry, Meditation and Vichara Yoga.
It is intended to reveal our pure, true, boundless nature, and to allow that recognition to be a foundational and unchanged seeing. This is not intended as a momentary experience, or a restful day, but rather an invitation to Be as you truly are and to know that undoubtedly.
This retreat aims to create an experience similar to that of a solitary retreat, in order to provide you with an opportunity to rest with yourself, to give space for powerful inner reflection and to create a sense of internalization, allowing for a blossoming of the Heart and Truth. The teachings will be a unique integration of Advaita Vedânta infused into seated and walking meditation, yoga and contemplative talks. Participants will be lovingly guided and introduced to various self-inquiry pointings and inspired to integrate these into their lives to continue to reveal and get acquainted with the truth that emerges from within oneself.

7:20-8 am – Meditation
8 am – Yoga
9:30 am – Breakfast
10:30-11:30 am – Talk
11:30-12:10 pm – Meditation
12:20-1 pm – Meditation
1 pm – Lunch
2-4 pm – Contemplative Integration
4-4:40 pm – Meditation
4:50-5:30 pm – Walking Meditation
5:30-6:30 pm – Yoga
6:30 pm – Dinner
8 pm – Q&A
9:30 pm – Lights Out
* Arrival between 4-6 pm on Thursday
* Departure after 1 pm on Sunday
