Yin Song Retreat

We warmly welcome you to the Yin Song Retreat in Wakefield, Quebec (30 minutes north of Ottawa) November 3rd to 5th.
Chris and Iselin invite you to retreat with them during their first Yin Song retreat in Wakefield. You can look forward to a weekend immersed in nourishing practices and experiences; yin yoga, meditation, pranayama, cacao, sound healing, ceremonies, music, nature immersion and more.
This retreat has been put together to offer a space of connection, rejuvenation and transformation. We will dive into tools and practices for cultivating presence, self awareness and harmony in our bodies, minds and spirits.
Our meals will be lovingly prepared by Tiffany of Rasa Ayurveda in accordance with Ayurvedic principles. The food will be primarily plant-based, gluten-free and deeply nourishing.
We offer shared-room accommodation with up to three people in each room.

About the Facilitators
Iselin Amanda Støylen is an experienced women’s health educator and herbal medicine practitioner. She assists her clients in finding harmony and balance through connecting the mind-body-spirit relationship, and working with the Earth as a healer and teacher.
Besides her herbal practice, Iselin is an overall creative and travels between Europe, Australia and North America sharing events, workshops and retreats. Iselin offers cacao ceremonies and is an experienced yoga teacher specialising in yin yoga and yoga nidra. She is the founder of the skin care brand Raindrop Botanicals, and the author of the book “The Art of Chocolate”.
Christopher Mapstone is a Sonic Traveller – weaving sound and ceremony through the power of music. His unique fusion of Reggae, Folk, and World music reflects his extraordinary expression. With a decade of traversing multidimensional musical realms, Chris is a song carrier – musical mystic, channeling captivating melodies and rhythms. Chris has shared his heartful music at festivals, events, retreats, teepees, fires, and ceremonies worldwide. Collaborating with visionary artists such as Murray Kyle, Darpan, Lulu, and Mischka, his path is one of healing and service. Utilizing Voice, Didgeridoo, Percussion, Guitar, and Flutes, Mapstone crafts an enchanting, uplifting sound, infused with conscious lyrics, thoughtful grooves, and an energizing presence.
