4 weekends – Nov. 13-15, Dec. 11-13, Jan. 22-24, Feb. 26-28
Fridays: 6-9:30 pm
Saturdays & Sundays: 7-7 pm (1.5 hour breaks for lunch)

Join Tiffany & Ram as they guide you in this intensive, which is intended for anyone longing to deepen their personal sadhana (practice) and to be steeped in classical Tantric Yoga + Meditation. Completion of the 100 hours can be included as a module towards your YTT accreditation with Vichara Yoga. It offers a rare opportunity to experience immersed periods of practice and many of the days will emulate a retreat experience. During this intensive you will also be invited to have an individual meeting with Tiffany to clarify and personalize your sadhana going forward.
Our Days will Include:
- Asana: Discover the profound wisdom of approaching the posture with enquiry, revealing pranic resonance, increased presence and meditation.
- Bandhas & Mudras: Classical locks and gestures to free and amplify prana
- Pranayama: Continue to discover the power of the classical breath practices that channel, purify and increase prana
- Dharana (Concentration): Practice specific techniques, such as trataka and classical mudras, which develop focus and awareness.
- Dhyana (Meditation): Daily practice of meditation, including a special emphasis upon “Atma Vichara” or Self-Enquiry meditation.
- Vedic Chanting: Discover the immense power of classical Vedic chanting and become increasingly comfortable with daily chanting.
- Ayurveda: Bring Ayurvedic wisdom into your daily sadhana both on the mat and off
- Nidra Yoga: Guided nidra yoga sessions taking you into the depths of Conscious Sleep and Profound Resting
- Kriya Yoga: Integrated purification practices to enhance sattva and free prana shakti at every level
- Nada Yoga: Exploring the potency of sound and vibration
- Kirtan: Sharing of devotional song, chanting and musical celebration
