This retreat is intended to reveal our pure\, true\, boundless nature\, and to allow that recognition to be a foundational and unchanged seeing. This is not intended as a momentary experience\, or a restful weekend\, but rather an invitation to Be as you truly are and to know that undoubtedly. \nThe retreat aims to create an experience similar to that of a solitary retreat\, in order to provide you with an opportunity to rest with yourself\, to give space for powerful inner reflection and to create a sense of internalization\, allowing for a blossoming of the Heart and Truth. The teachings will be a unique integration of Advaita Vedânta infused into seated and walking meditation\, yoga and contemplative talks.
